- Tag/Categorization Support. I've seen some work-arounds, but it would be much better if it was integrated.
- I'd like to receive e-mail notification if I post a message at someone else's blog and they reply.

It's a short list, as I've been rather happy with the way that things work.

I'd like to be able to add secondary pages to a blog page, so I didn't have to keep opening new blogs to compartmentalize my interests.
That's mainly the reason why I wish that blogger had tag/categorization support. I'm a bit surprised that they haven't implemented it. They've been around for long enough.
